At SS Clothes (operated by SS Enterprises), your satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return eligible items after delivery.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as innerwear, socks, and items marked “final sale” cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued to your provided bank account or UPI.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
